When will I receive tracking information?

Brondell will email you an order confirmation immediately after your order has been placed and we follow up with another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  You can login to your account anytime to check the status of your order.

Do you require a signature upon delivery?

In some cases, we may need a signature at time of delivery.  If you are unavailable to sign and receive shipment after 3 attempts and the shipping carrier returns the order, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to our warehouse.

I’m in Alaska or Hawaii. What are my shipping charges?

Shipping charges on orders delivered outside the 48 contiguous United States and Canada are calculated on a case-by-case basis and shown during the checkout process.  Simply place your order online to get a real-time shipping quote or call us and we'll be happy to assist you.

I’m in Canada. Do I have to pay for additional duties and taxes to receive my shipment?

The total due at checkout is your final cost and there are no additional fees.  For your convenience, Brondell ships orders directly from our warehouse in Toronto, ON to destinations within Canada. This eliminates the expensive brokerage and other fees associated with shipping across the border and speeds up shipping time significantly.  We also calculate and collect all applicable GST, PST and HST at time of checkout to make the process quick and simple.

    Swash 300/900/CL825/1000 Installation Video

The Swash high-tech bidet toilet seat installs directly onto your existing toilet. We designed the Swash to fit over 98% of residential toilets in the United States, allowing us to provide its amazing bidet benefits to nearly all American households. Best of all, just about anyone can install it, usually in under an hour!

Please note that this video depicts the Swash 300, 900, and 1000 bidet seats. All three models install the same way.

    Electrical Requirements

Swash S300, S900, CL825, S1000, S1200, S1400, SE400, and SE600 Bidet Seats must be plugged into a standard GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt) outlet. The GFCI outlet is generally required in bathrooms, kitchens, and near sources of water. Swash and LumaWarm users typically need an outlet within three and a half feet of the toilet fixture; though running an extension cord is perfectly acceptable as well (see below). We recommend a minimum of 15 amps for the circuit for the Swash Bidet Seat.

NOTE: The Swash Ecoseat, PureSpa and FreshSpa bidet attachments, and CleanSpa bidet sprayers do not require an electrical outlet in the bathroom.

If you don't have a GFCI outlet in the bathroom, you can easily purchase an inexpensive GFCI adapter online at Amazon.com or at your local hardware store

    Extension Cords
While we recommend installing a dedicated outlet near your toilet fixture, If you need to use an extension cord with an existing outlet, we suggest you use the shortest cord length available. The extension cord should only be a 3 prong heavy duty cord that can handle a 15-20 amp load with a gauge of 10-12. You may want to use a cord concealing kit.

    Installing a New GFCI Outlet
An optimum outlet placement would be behind the toilet fixture on the right or left hand side depending on which product you purchase.

    Plumbing Requirements

The Swash is compatible with over 98% of residential fixtures in the United States. All that is required to hook your Swash up to water is a toilet fixture with a tank. Wall-mounted toilets require a separate water connection to be added in the bathroom in order to provide water for the Swash.

The Swash includes everything that you need to plumb it into the water supply of your current toilet fixture. In the rare case that your water supply line is inflexible you will have to purchase a flexible water line to complete the installation. A t-valve (shown) provides the Swash with a continuous flow of clean water to use for washing.

Swash 300 Bidet Seat is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 33.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from WHAT A DIFFERENCE a Bidet Makes!! My husband cannot believe I am still saying "What a difference a Bidet makes" at least five times a week. It was installed in less than 20 minutes, and has worked perfectly since. We are in our seventies, and the Bidet was the solution to a long list of physical and medical limitations I have been dealing with over many years. Believe me when I say all my family and close friends have heard me rave over the positive benefits of using a bidet. I could go on and on, but I what to say thank you BRONDELL for manufacturing portable bidets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How did I go so long without this? This was a gift. Only a true friend cares enough to give a bidet such as this. I've had several others over the years activated by a toggle and water pressure only. This is the first high tech seat/bidet I've ever had, and now I am spoiled. We had to put it into the spare bedroom which is generally the coldest room in the house. What a pleasure to sit on a heated seat and get heated water on demand. Of all the Christmas gifts we received, this is by far the best one yet! I hope to get one for all my family members.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband's new best friend! I gifted the Brondell 300 to my husband on his 54th birthday 5 months ago. I surprised him by installing it myself complete with a little bow! I'm fairly mechanical and the instructions were very easy and straightforward. The best part is that my husband loves it! He rarely uses any other toilet in our home and has even commented about missing our Swash when traveling/staying elsewhere than home. There have been no maintenance or operational issues to date and it's a breeze to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient: I love it! For years I've wanted a bidet, now that I have this "All-in_one" unit, I wouldn't want to live without it. I can't image wanting to get off the toilet to move to a separate bidet for cleansing. This product is extremely convenient and I love how fresh the clean it keeps you all day. (Amazing) My teenage sons use too and I'm so glad. I did purchase a Decorative Bidet Hose in Chrome to replace the standard plastic tubing. See picture. Enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am amazed that so many are missing out on this I bought this for my wife about a year ago when she had rotator cuff surgery on her right shoulder. She was so thankful and could not believe how useful and easier it made both her and my life especially during this time. I am so impressed with this Swash 300 in the manner that it cleans, I hate using a bathroom now without it! I never dreamed that I would be using this for myself. I am disappointed that there are so many people here in the country that do not know what they are missing. What a wonderful invention. Thanks Brondell for making both of our lives so much cleaner! No one understands the difference until you use one. My only issue is apparently my 250lbs might be too heavy, I am having some cracking of the seat at the back, however, I will be purchasing the seat by itself ($40) tomorrow because I will not be without this device if at all possible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Affordable and reliable So far I am pleased with the Swash 30 Bidet Seat with one exception. The bidet hose sticks out and is unsightly not to mention it can easily be damaged. It would be nice if it came with and elbow connection so it could be tucked away. Otherwise I am pleased with the features. The highest setting on the water pressure is not too strong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! We purchased the Swash 300 for my two sons who have Friedrich's Ataxia, a neuromuscular disease. They both love it! The bidet affords them more confidence and independence given their physical limitations. They are able to handle their toilet needs on their own thanks the Swash 300. My husband installed it quickly with no problems!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I bought two of these for my new remodel. We love it. Only con is when kids sit on it. It is a bit flaky when my 8 year old and 5 year old sit on it and the detection mechanism seems to have a hard time finding out if it actually has some one sitting on it. It seems like they need to sit a certain way to trigger the functions.

The big day is leaking where the water source comes into the seat. It appears there is a filter of some kind with old rings? The plumber looked at it and said it is not able to be fixed. What can you tell me about repairing this issue?

The six indicate lights on the remote controller are never lighted up. what's the lights for? where is the indicator for water pressure?

    Asked by: Lihua
Hi Lithua, Those are not actually lights, they are just part of the remote design. There is no indicator for water pressure on the remote, it will beep when you try to go beyond the highest or lowest setting.
