      Which of your attachments use cold water, and which use hot and cold water?

      The FreshSpa (FS-10) and PureSpa (PS-65) Easy Bidet Attachments use only cold water. The FreshSpa (FSW-20) and PureSpa (PSW-75) Dual Temperature bidet can be used with just cold or hot and cold water.

      Which of your bidet attachments are non-electric?

      All of Brondell’s bidet attachments are non-electric.

      How do I install my attachment?

      When I use the bidet, water is coming out of the toilet bowl up my back. Is there something wrong?

      It sounds like you need to change the nozzle position of the bidet. Please watch our Installation Video HERE for more information. When the bidet is installed properly, the bidet should spray the center of your body and water should not come out of the toilet bowl.

      When I first installed my bidet it worked great! But now water is just spraying straight down in to the toilet bowl. How can I fix this?

      It sounds like you’ve lost the nozzle cap of your bidet. Please contact Brondell customer support at 888-542-3355.

      After installing my new bidet my toilet isn’t working like it used to. What’s wrong?

      During installation it is possible to accidentally rotate the toilet fill valve, which can misalign the toilet tank’s internal components. Remove the toilet tank lid and ensure all parts of the flushing assembly are lined up properly, and that the flush handle controls the flushing mechanism. When installed properly, the bidet has no effect on the performance or flushing of the toilet.

      The cold water valve provided doesn’t match my shut-off valve. Do you have alternate valves available?

      The provided cold water 7/8” T-valve is designed to install directly under your toilet tank at the fill valve, not at the shut-off valve at the wall. Follow the flex hose to the bottom of the toilet tank, and then unscrew the flex hose from the toilet. This is where the 7/8” T-valve is installed. However, if you have a skirted toilet or very limited access to the area under your toilet tank, we have alternate 3/8” cold water valves available for the FreshSpa modelsHERE.

      I see that the hot hose for the FreshSpa and PureSpa Dual Temperature bidet is made of clear plastic. How safe is that?

      The hot tubing is specially manufactured with thermoplastic polyurethane, capable of withstanding boiling temperatures of 100 degrees Celsius at 156.2 psi. These specifications should work for most home installations.

      My sink is further than six feet from my toilet. Do you have longer hot water tubing available?

      Yes, we do have longer lengths available. Please contact Brondell Customer Service at 888-542-3355 for additional information.

      How do the FreshSpa and PureSpa Dual Temperature bidets get hot water? Do they heat the water?

      The FreshSpa and PureSpa Dual Temperature bidets hook up to the hot water supply at your sink in your bathroom. Please watch our Installation Video HERE for more information.

      Is it possible to not connect my Dual Temperature bidet to hot water and only use it with cold water?

      Yes! To use only cold water the FreshSpa Dual Temperature bidet (FSW-20), only hook up the cold water side. To use only cold water with the PureSpa Dual Temperature bidet (PSW-75), cover the hot water connection at the back of the bidet with the Hot Water Supply Cap, supplied with the bidet

      Can I use the FreshSpa or PureSpa Easy Bidets with hot water?

      Unfortunately, no. Our Easy Bidet Attachments can only be used with cold water. For a similar bidet that uses both hot and cold water, please see our Dual Temperature Bidet Attachments - FSW-20 and PSW-75.

        Advanced Bidet Toilet Seats, Bidets, & Hygienic Products:

        Due to governmental regulations and the hygienic nature of these products, Brondell can only accept customer returns on Swash Bidet Seats, Breeza and LumaWarm Toilet seats, and bidet products that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.
        Customer returns to Brondell will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs.  Products that are used or in un-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise.  Any returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of purchase date.

        Brondell will not accept for credit any customer returns on Swash bidet seats, Breeza and LumaWarm toilet seats or bidet attachments and bidet products that have been installed and/or used in any manner.
        For Warranty service, customers should contact Brondell directly for repair and/or replacement of any defective merchandise.

        All other non-hygienic products:

      Exclusions and Limitations

      1. BRONDELL warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service. This warranty is extended only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is not transferable if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

      2. BRONDELL's obligations under this warranty are limited to repairs or replacement, at BRONDELL's option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. BRONDELL reserves the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. BRONDELL will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs for the first full year from date of purchase on all products except those that may be subject to commercial use limitations.

      3. BRONDELL is not responsible for the cost of removal, return (shipping) and/or reinstallation of products. This warranty does NOT apply to:

      • Any and all replacement filters or consumable parts.
      • Damage or loss which occurs during shipment.
      • Damage of loss sustained through any natural or man-made causes beyond the control of BRONDELL, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, floods, etc.
      • Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
      • Damage or loss resulting from negligent or improper installation including installation of a unit in a harsh or hazardous environment.
      • Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, modification of the product, or improper maintenance including damage caused by cleaning products, chlorine or chlorine related products.
      • Damage or loss resulting from electrical surges, electrical outages, lightning strikes or other acts which are not the fault of Brondell or which the Product is not specified to tolerate.
      • Damages as a result of normal "wear and tear" will not be considered defects.

       

      4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

      THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY BRONDELL. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER. BRONDELL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR FOR LABOR OR OTHER COSTS DUE TO INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OR COSTS OF REPAIRS BY OTHERS, OR FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSE NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED ABOVE.       How to Obtain Service

      To obtain repair service under this warranty, you must contact an authorized BRONDELL Service Center to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt must accompany the returned unit for the warranty to be valid. Take or ship the unit pre-paid to the closest Brondell authorized service center along with your RMA number and proof of purchase.

      I’m in the Continental US. When will I receive my order and how will it ship?

      When Flat Rate Shipping is selected upon checkout, bidets, air filters, and water filtration systems ship UPS Ground from Missouri within 1-2 business days.  Small replacement parts and accessories ship USPS Priority Mail from San Francisco within 1-2 business days.  If you need assistance with an expedited order, please call us to confirm shipping times.

      Do you offer expedited shipping?

      We can ship all of our items with UPS expedited services including Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3Day Select.  Real-time expedited shipping quotes are available during the checkout process or call us for assistance.

      When will I receive tracking information?

      Brondell will email you an order confirmation immediately after your order has been placed and we follow up with another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  You can login to your account anytime to check the status of your order.

      Do you require a signature upon delivery?

      In some cases, we may need a signature at time of delivery.  If you are unavailable to sign and receive shipment after 3 attempts and the shipping carrier returns the order, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to our warehouse.

      I’m in Alaska or Hawaii. What are my shipping charges?

      Shipping charges on orders delivered outside the 48 contiguous United States and Canada are calculated on a case-by-case basis and shown during the checkout process.  Simply place your order online to get a real-time shipping quote or call us and we'll be happy to assist you.

      I’m in Canada. When will I receive my order and how will it ship?

      Brondell ships all Canadian orders within 1-2 business days out of our Toronto, Ontario warehouse and allows approximately 2-6 days for delivery.  Expedited shipping is available as an option during checkout. While many orders ship UPS Standard, in some instances your order will ship best way possible, which can include Canada Post, Purolator, etc.  If you need assistance with an expedited order, please call us to confirm shipping times.

      I’m in Canada. Is my total listed in USD or CAD?

      All costs are listed and processed in USD.

      I’m in Canada. Do I have to pay for additional duties and taxes to receive my shipment?

      The total due at checkout is your final cost and there are no additional fees.  For your convenience, Brondell ships orders directly from our warehouse in Toronto, ON to destinations within Canada. This eliminates the expensive brokerage and other fees associated with shipping across the border and speeds up shipping time significantly.  We also calculate and collect all applicable GST, PST and HST at time of checkout to make the process quick and simple.

It doesn't stick out as a strange apparatus next to your toilet and just blends in with contours of the toilet. Yes, of course it does the job it's meant to do very well and looks a lot nicer than others out there on amazon (luxe's etc). All hardware - T connector and connector is metal and not plastic which is more secure and reliable than plastic. Adding that small roll of teflon tape was a nice touch Brondell haha. Have gone through a bunch of bidets over the years so I speak from having seen pretty much everything that's out there (in this price range)

My last one...NOT a Brondell... started leaking after just a year so I started searching for a new one. Almost all of them looked so utilitarian until I found this "SimpleSpa" design. So elegant and stylish! Of course, it also works great! To top it off it was the least expensive one out there. It looks so good that my wife wants to install another one in our other bathroom. I highly recommend it!

Just don't forget to use the teflon tape on that T-valve! It doesn't tell you to in the steps, but I had a minor leak so had to take it off, use the tape, and put it back on. No biggy, only took 10-15 min total. Just be careful, the controls are VERY touchy!! Accidentally shot water 6ft across the bathroom when I was testing it, ahahaa! Great product

Only issue is, I’ve had it for about 6 months and during that time it worked wonderfully but now I’m having the same water pressure issue as another customer. You have to sit on the very front of the toilet or the spray doesn’t work properly now. The nozzle is still there and it’s flat on the seat so not sure what the issue is.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Neat Purchased one a couple weeks ago, We like it so much ,I just ordered one for our main bathroom. Very easy to install, took maybe 15 minutes. Being A 65 year old city boy that had never experienced a Bidet. I thought I would try it. My wife teased me. Now after trying the SimpleSpa Thinline, herself she had me order another one. Note, just barely open , when first trying it. Mine has a lot of pressure.

The only issue I am running into is that I either have to scoot forward to use it or release pressure from the seat as it seems that the water is getting blocked from the pressure of people sitting on it or the nozzle getting stuck on the rear rim of the toilet. Not sure what I can do to fix it but if I scoot forward first it starts spraying.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from High pressure taint wash I have a couple friends who raved about bidets and their life-changing qualities, so I eventually picked one up. I totally agree. There is nothing more refreshing then a little squirt to your hole after pinching bread. This bidet has the accuracy of Robin Hood at an archery tourney. It has never missed and probably never will. The teflon tape was a nice touch too. Brondell, my taint thanks you.

    Hi, I installed the bidet and it was very easy and no leaks. The only problem I have is that the front of the toilet seat is sticking up. What do I do? If I loosen up the screws that are holding the toilet seat then it will all be loose. Help.

    see if you can super glue 3 plastic or rubber little shim blocks on the bottom of your seat to keep it flat and even one center front and one on each side just rear of center then retighten ??? or spring for a new seat

    Hi would there be a huge problem if I connected this to a T Valve that is already present at the wall water outlet. I know install instructions direct me to connect this to flush inlet. I already have a t valve at the wall outlet and this is a replacemen.
