Evaporative Humidification

With the Evaporative Humidification Method, the water particles used to humidify the room’s atmosphere are small and light-weight. The smaller particle size can travel through the air more easily and efficiently, providing an even humidity throughout the room instead of over-saturating the immediately-surrounding area. Evaporative Humidification is self-regulating, as the room’s atmosphere determines how much water evaporates from the humidifier into the air.

 

Dual True HEPA Filters

Dual True HEPA filters remove 99.97% of particulates and allergens larger than 0.3 microns. Dual suction and dual True HEPA filters means this machine is working double time for you.

 

Humidifier Filter

This humidifier filter operates similar to an air washer trapping dust and other air particles in the filter so they are taken out of the room’s atmosphere.

 

Active Carbon & Specialized Filters

The Revive contains a granulated carbon filter, which traps and removes odors, harmful gases, and VOCs. The Revive also comes with an Off-Gassing Reduction filter. Using a proprietary catalyst, this filter effectively removes invisible substances like formaldehyde and VOCs that contribute to “Sick House Syndrome” and can cause health and respiratory issues. Other Specialized Filters are available for purchase separately.

      How much granulated carbon is in your filters?

      6.5 ounces of granulated carbon in each filter.

      What is a True HEPA filter and what does that mean?

      A True HEPA filter qualifies as HEPA (high-efficiency particulate arrestance) under U.S. government standards, which means the air filter must remove (from the air that passes through) 99.97% of particles and allergens including dust, smoke, pet dander, mold spores and pollen that have a size of 0.3 µm (micron) or larger.

      Do your filters utilize Mechanical or Electrical filtration techniques?

      Our Balance and Source air purifiers use mechanical filtration only and do not generate ozone during the filtration process.

      What certifications do your filters have?

      Our Balance and Source air purifiers have AHAM (Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers), California ARB (Air Resources Board), and Energy Star certification.

      How many cubic feet does your filter purify?

      AHAM recommends that the air filter CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) rating, multiplied by 12, should be equal to or greater than the cubic feet volume of the room. Brondell’s smoke CADR rating is 157, therefore our recommended room size is 1884 cubic feet. However, the room can be a bit larger and the product will still perform very well, as CADR rating does not take into account other Brondell filtration methods (such as carbon, which reduces odor and VOCs).

      What replacement battery type is required for Balance Remote control?

      Battery type is a CR2032 "coin style" battery.

      I have the Balance and the remote is unresponsive. What’s wrong?

      Please remove the battery and flip the battery around and try again. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Brondell Customer Support at 888-542-3355.

      Why does the remote for my new Balance look dirty and used?

      There is a clear plastic protective film on the remote control that sometimes becomes worn during shipping. This film should be pulled off the remote control before use.

      My brand new air purifier doesn't work and the filter won't turn on.

      Please make sure the plastic has been removed from the filters before use, and please make sure they are inserted correctly - with the arrows on the filters pointing to the front of the filters. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Brondell Customer Support at 888-542-3355.

      1. Damaged and Defective - RA number required.
         
        Customers should contact Brondell Customer Support directly with damaged or defective warranty or service issues. Call tags (pre-paid shipping) will only be issued by Brondell when product is damaged or defective at time of delivery.

        Advanced Bidet Toilet Seats, Bidets, & Hygienic Products:

        Due to governmental regulations and the hygienic nature of these products, Brondell can only accept customer returns on Swash Bidet Seats, Breeza and LumaWarm Toilet seats, and bidet products that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.
        Customer returns to Brondell will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs.  Products that are used or in un-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise.  Any returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of purchase date.

        Brondell will not accept for credit any customer returns on Swash bidet seats, Breeza and LumaWarm toilet seats or bidet attachments and bidet products that have been installed and/or used in any manner.
        For Warranty service, customers should contact Brondell directly for repair and/or replacement of any defective merchandise.

        All other non-hygienic products:

        Customer returns to Brondell will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs. Products must be in new and unused condition with original packaging intact.  Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise.  H2O+ water filtration products including filters that have been used may not be returned as once water has been run through the filter, they are not re-sellable.

      Exclusions and Limitations

      1. BRONDELL warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service. This warranty is extended only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is not transferable if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

      2. BRONDELL's obligations under this warranty are limited to repairs or replacement, at BRONDELL's option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. BRONDELL reserves the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. BRONDELL will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs for the first full year from date of purchase on all products except those that may be subject to commercial use limitations.

      3. BRONDELL is not responsible for the cost of removal, return (shipping) and/or reinstallation of products. This warranty does NOT apply to:

      • Any and all replacement filters or consumable parts.
      • Damage or loss which occurs during shipment.
      • Damage of loss sustained through any natural or man-made causes beyond the control of BRONDELL, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, floods, etc.
      • Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
      • Damage or loss resulting from negligent or improper installation including installation of a unit in a harsh or hazardous environment.
      • Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, modification of the product, or improper maintenance including damage caused by cleaning products, chlorine or chlorine related products.
      • Damage or loss resulting from electrical surges, electrical outages, lightning strikes or other acts which are not the fault of Brondell or which the Product is not specified to tolerate.
      • Damages as a result of normal "wear and tear" will not be considered defects.

       

      4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

      THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY BRONDELL. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER. BRONDELL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR FOR LABOR OR OTHER COSTS DUE TO INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OR COSTS OF REPAIRS BY OTHERS, OR FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSE NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED ABOVE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


      How to Obtain Service

      To obtain repair service under this warranty, you must contact an authorized BRONDELL Service Center to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt must accompany the returned unit for the warranty to be valid. Take or ship the unit pre-paid to the closest Brondell authorized service center along with your RMA number and proof of purchase.

      I’m in the Continental US. When will I receive my order and how will it ship?

      When Flat Rate Shipping is selected upon checkout, bidets, air filters, and water filtration systems ship UPS Ground from Missouri within 1-2 business days.  Small replacement parts and accessories ship USPS Priority Mail from San Francisco within 1-2 business days.  If you need assistance with an expedited order, please call us to confirm shipping times.

      Do you offer expedited shipping?

      We can ship all of our items with UPS expedited services including Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3Day Select.  Real-time expedited shipping quotes are available during the checkout process or call us for assistance.

      When will I receive tracking information?

      Brondell will email you an order confirmation immediately after your order has been placed and we follow up with another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  You can login to your account anytime to check the status of your order.

      Do you require a signature upon delivery?

      In some cases, we may need a signature at time of delivery.  If you are unavailable to sign and receive shipment after 3 attempts and the shipping carrier returns the order, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to our warehouse.

      I’m in Alaska or Hawaii. What are my shipping charges?

      Shipping charges on orders delivered outside the 48 contiguous United States and Canada are calculated on a case-by-case basis and shown during the checkout process.  Simply place your order online to get a real-time shipping quote or call us and we'll be happy to assist you.

      I’m in Canada. When will I receive my order and how will it ship?

      Brondell ships all Canadian orders within 1-2 business days out of our Toronto, Ontario warehouse and allows approximately 2-6 days for delivery.  Expedited shipping is available as an option during checkout. While many orders ship UPS Standard, in some instances your order will ship best way possible, which can include Canada Post, Purolator, etc.  If you need assistance with an expedited order, please call us to confirm shipping times.

      I’m in Canada. Is my total listed in USD or CAD?

      All costs are listed and processed in USD.

      I’m in Canada. Do I have to pay for additional duties and taxes to receive my shipment?

      The total due at checkout is your final cost and there are no additional fees.  For your convenience, Brondell ships orders directly from our warehouse in Toronto, ON to destinations within Canada. This eliminates the expensive brokerage and other fees associated with shipping across the border and speeds up shipping time significantly.  We also calculate and collect all applicable GST, PST and HST at time of checkout to make the process quick and simple.
