The Swash Open-Box Extended 2-Year Warranty is available for all open-box Swash products only. The 2-Year Extended Warranty provides 100% coverage for repair and labor costs for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. This warranty provides a 48-hour turnaround time for servicing once product is received. Please note: round trip shipping costs for service repairs are covered for users within the contiguous US only, and are limited to repairs made within the first year of warranty.

All of our extended warranties must be purchased within two weeks of the product purchase for which it covers.

Please note: This warranty only covers the physical unit, parts, and stock faucet it comes with. This does not extend any coverage to consumables like the filters or battery, etc.
