Brondell Customer Returns Policy and Information
- Damaged and Defective - RA number required.
Customers should contact Brondell Customer Support directly with damaged or defective warranty or service issues. Call tags (pre-paid shipping) will only be issued by Brondell when product is damaged or defective at time of delivery.

Advanced Bidet Toilet Seats, Bidets, & Hygienic Products:
Due to the hygienic nature of these products, Brondell can only accept customer returns on Swash Bidet Seats, Breeza and LumaWarm Toilet seats, and bidet products that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.
Customer returns to Brondell will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs. Products that are used or in un-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise. Any returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of purchase date.
Brondell will not accept for credit any customer returns on Swash bidet seats, Breeza and LumaWarm toilet seats or bidet attachments and bidet products that have been installed and/or used in any manner.
For Warranty service, customers should contact Brondell directly for repair and/or replacement of any defective merchandise.
All other non-hygienic products:
Customer returns to Brondell will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs. Products must be in new and unused condition with original packaging intact. Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise. H2O+ water filtration products including filters that have been used may not be returned as once water has been run through the filter, they are not re-sellable.
Any returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of purchase date.
- Swash 1400 30-Day Trial Returns
Return Authorization Number Required. Contact Brondell Customer Support directly to receive your Return Authorization Number and additional return instructions.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 Days of purchasing the bidet through Brondell.com. Offer valid only for orders shipped to a US or Canadian address. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges to San Francisco, California. Upon receipt of the returned unit, the customer will be issued a refund for the price paid for the unit less $24.95 shipping and handling (S&H) fee for seats that originally shipped within the continental US or Canada and less a $60.00 S&H fee for seats that originally shipped to HI, AK, and PR. Expedited shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded. Returns received without a Return Authorization number will be rejected and returned to sender. Returns must be in good condition with all original parts and accessories included. Returns received with missing parts or substantial damage beyond normal usage wear and tear will be subject to additional fees (deducted from refund). Orders of more than one (1) unit may only return one (1) item under the 30-Day Trial program (other returned unit(s) must be in brand new, unused, and uninstalled condition). One 30-Day Trial per household.
