Brondell manufactures select Swash models for our international customers in countries using 220 volts. Detailed model information, including plug size and frequency requirements, can be found below. If our 220 volt Swash Bidet matches your specifications, use the form at the bottom of this page to submit a request and a Customer Service Representative will respond within 48 business hours with additional information.

IMPORTANT: The frequency where the Swash will be installed must be 50Hz. If the frequency is not 50Hz, the product will not work. The Swash cannot be used with a power converter unless both voltage (220V) and frequency (50Hz) match the specifications.

FITTING A SWASH TO YOUR EXISTING TOILET
|Measure the distance between the bolt holes. The space must be between 5¼ inches and 8 inches.||Measure the distance from the center of the bolt holes to the toilet tank to ensure proper clearance. There must be at least 1½ inches of clearance.*|
Measure the distance from the bolt holes to the front of the toilet bowl to determine if you have a round or elongated fixture.
If your measurement is 18" – 19½" order an Elongated Swash
If your measurement is 16" – 17¾" order a Round Swash. (note: CL825 is not available in a Round model)
* Is the distance from the center of the bolt holes to the toilet tank less than 2 inches?
The Swash may extend slightly over the front edge of your toilet bowl.
Measure the distance from the front of the toilet tank to the front of the toilet bowl.
If this measurement is less than 20½ inches, consider purchasing a Round size to reduce the amount the seat extends over the front edge, even if your fixture is elongated.
The 220V versions of the Brondell Swash 900, 1000, and 1400 bidet seats have a Type F CEE 7/7 plug. Modification or removal of the power cord voids the warranty. Brondell is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by modifying or removing the power cord.
The 220V versions of the Brondell Swash 900, 1000, and 1400 bidet seats come with a 3/8” standard t-valve (for water inlet connection), and a 1/2” standard bidet hose (for seat connection). Your plumbing requirements may vary. Brondell recommends measuring your plumbing and valves first, and then ensure that proper adapters (if needed) are available to you before you purchase your Swash.

Brondell is not responsible for any duties, taxes, broker fees, customs fees or other international charges that may apply. All pricing is in US dollars and we only accept payment in US dollars through Paypal.
Our standard warranty and returns policies apply to international orders. Please note that our service center is currently located in California, United States and any shipping costs for warranty repair or return is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments or shipping delays.
Once we receive your inquiry, Brondell will reply with shipping quotes from available carriers. Possible carriers include UPS, FedEx, TNT, USPS.
