    • Shipping

      I’m in the Continental US. When will I receive my order and how will it ship?

      When Flat Rate Shipping is selected upon checkout, bidets, air filters, and water filtration systems ship UPS Ground from Missouri within 1-2 business days.  Small replacement parts and accessories ship USPS Priority Mail from San Francisco within 1-2 business days.  If you need assistance with an expedited order, please call us to confirm shipping times.

      Do you offer expedited shipping?

      We can ship all of our items with UPS expedited services including Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3Day Select.  Real-time expedited shipping quotes are available during the checkout process or call us for assistance.

      When will I receive tracking information?

      Brondell will email you an order confirmation immediately after your order has been placed and we follow up with another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  You can login to your account anytime to check the status of your order.

      Do you require a signature upon delivery?

      In some cases, we may need a signature at time of delivery.  If you are unavailable to sign and receive shipment after 3 attempts and the shipping carrier returns the order, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to our warehouse.

      I’m in Alaska or Hawaii. What are my shipping charges?

      Shipping charges on orders delivered outside the 48 contiguous United States and Canada are calculated on a case-by-case basis and shown during the checkout process.  Simply place your order online to get a real-time shipping quote or call us and we'll be happy to assist you.

      I’m in Canada. When will I receive my order and how will it ship?

      Brondell ships all Canadian orders within 1-2 business days out of our Toronto, Ontario warehouse and allows approximately 2-6 days for delivery.  Expedited shipping is available as an option during checkout. While many orders ship UPS Standard, in some instances your order will ship best way possible, which can include Canada Post, Purolator, etc.  If you need assistance with an expedited order, please call us to confirm shipping times.

      All costs are listed and processed in USD.

      I’m in Canada. Do I have to pay for additional duties and taxes to receive my shipment?

      The total due at checkout is your final cost and there are no additional fees.  For your convenience, Brondell ships orders directly from our warehouse in Toronto, ON to destinations within Canada. This eliminates the expensive brokerage and other fees associated with shipping across the border and speeds up shipping time significantly.  We also calculate and collect all applicable GST, PST and HST at time of checkout to make the process quick and simple.

      Exclusions and Limitations

      1. BRONDELL warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service. This warranty is extended only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is not transferable if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

      2. BRONDELL's obligations under this warranty are limited to repairs or replacement, at BRONDELL's option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. BRONDELL reserves the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. BRONDELL will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs for the first full year from date of purchase on all products except those that may be subject to commercial use limitations.

      3. BRONDELL is not responsible for the cost of removal, return (shipping) and/or reinstallation of products. This warranty does NOT apply to:

      • Any and all replacement filters or consumable parts.
      • Damage or loss which occurs during shipment.
      • Damage of loss sustained through any natural or man-made causes beyond the control of BRONDELL, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, floods, etc.
      • Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
      • Damage or loss resulting from negligent or improper installation including installation of a unit in a harsh or hazardous environment.
      • Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, modification of the product, or improper maintenance including damage caused by cleaning products, chlorine or chlorine related products.
      • Damage or loss resulting from electrical surges, electrical outages, lightning strikes or other acts which are not the fault of Brondell or which the Product is not specified to tolerate.
      • Damages as a result of normal "wear and tear" will not be considered defects.

       

      4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

      THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY BRONDELL. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER. BRONDELL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR FOR LABOR OR OTHER COSTS DUE TO INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OR COSTS OF REPAIRS BY OTHERS, OR FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSE NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED ABOVE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.       How to Obtain Service

      To obtain repair service under this warranty, you must contact an authorized BRONDELL Service Center to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt must accompany the returned unit for the warranty to be valid. Take or ship the unit pre-paid to the closest Brondell authorized service center along with your RMA number and proof of purchase.

    Installing your Swash IS707 Advanced Bidet Seat is easy! If you have questions, or run into any problems, contact our Customer Service department at 888-542-3355

     


     

    Electrical Requirements

    Swash S300, S900, CL825, S1000, S1200, S1400, SE400, SE600, CL510, and IS707 Bidet Seats must be plugged into a standard GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt) outlet. The GFCI outlet is generally required in bathrooms, kitchens, and near sources of water. Swash and LumaWarm users typically need an outlet within three and a half feet of the toilet fixture; though running an extension cord is perfectly acceptable as well (see below). We recommend a minimum of 15 amps for the circuit for the Swash Bidet Seat.

    NOTE: The Swash Ecoseat, PureSpa and FreshSpa bidet attachments, and CleanSpa bidet sprayers do not require an electrical outlet in the bathroom.

    If you don't have a GFCI outlet in the bathroom, you can easily purchase an inexpensive GFCI adapter online at Amazon.com or at your local hardware store

    Extension Cords
    While we recommend installing a dedicated outlet near your toilet fixture, If you need to use an extension cord with an existing outlet, we suggest you use the shortest cord length available. The extension cord should only be a 3 prong heavy duty cord that can handle a 15-20 amp load with a gauge of 10-12. You may want to use a cord concealing kit.

     

    Installing a New GFCI Outlet
    An optimum outlet placement would be behind the toilet fixture on the right or left hand side depending on which product you purchase.

    Plumbing Requirements

    The Swash is compatible with over 98% of residential fixtures in the United States. All that is required to hook your Swash up to water is a toilet fixture with a tank. Wall-mounted toilets require a separate water connection to be added in the bathroom in order to provide water for the Swash.

    The Swash includes everything that you need to plumb it into the water supply of your current toilet fixture. In the rare case that your water supply line is inflexible you will have to purchase a flexible water line to complete the installation. A t-valve (shown) provides the Swash with a continuous flow of clean water to use for washing.
